​Stripping away the excess to reshape a 642 sqft lifestyle.
The core of our Ming Yuen Mansions project in North Point is the concept of "negative space." Instead of over-furnishing, we brought a fresh, airy feel to this old building through layout reconfiguration, consistent materials, and clever lighting.
From the custom island for evening drinks and the light-filled, semi-open closet, to the moody study for deep focus and the clever 3-in-1 hidden storage using matching panels—every detail speaks to a restrained, comfortable living aesthetic.
