A pair of cityboy-style couples live in the Mid-Levels area of ​​Kwun Tong. Although the unit they live in is not small, it is very fragmented. Therefore, in order to cooperate with this couple who likes cleanliness, we decided to abandon the original separation and A big change, making the space more suitable for their living habits.

The unit was originally a traditional three-bedroom layout, but the guest bathroom made the living room look uneven, and the kitchen was too small, which was a big problem for the householder who likes to cook. After we demolished the two and re-planned the space, Dividing the entrance, living area and rest area into three areas makes the living room more functional and integrated into a space suitable for gathering and working.

The kitchen is the most modified area in this case. We hope to bring a new cooking experience to the homeowners, completely integrating the kitchen with the living area, and removing the partition walls to create an open cooking space, so that the homeowners can cook with friends. interactive.

After the epidemic, everyone works from home more often. How to adjust mood of "Work form home", work life balance becomes more important. We abandon the concept of study room, move the desk out of the room, and integrate it into the living room.
